Collaboration
The Collaboration area is where you grant access to your Nooxl App. You manage user profiles, permission groups, the permissions assigned to them, and app translations. Open it from the left navigation and switch to Design mode to make changes.
Roles
| Role | Rights |
|---|---|
| Tenant owner | The person who created the tenant. Holds all rights, can never be deprived of admin rights, and cannot be disabled. |
| Admin | Has the same permissions as the tenant owner; can be granted and revoked by other admins or the owner, and can be disabled. |
| User | Neither owner nor admin; rights come from standard or workflow permissions. |

Creating tenant logins, on-premise user/login management, the System Admin role, and account-wide administration are system administration topics and are out of scope for designers. This section covers app-level collaboration only.
